The Safewaze 18″ Arc Flash D-Ring Extender is designed to simplify the connection point for fall arrest systems, especially in high-heat and electrical hazard environments. This extension provides an easy-to-reach anchor point, eliminating the struggle for workers to connect a lanyard to the harness’s hard-to-reach dorsal D-ring. It is a critical component for ensuring quick, compliant, and safe connections when wearing bulky arc-rated PPE.
- Safety: Arc flash rated materials ensure a compliant and durable connection point that will not contribute to greater injury in high-heat or electrical hazard areas.
- Ease of Use: The 18-inch length extends the harness D-ring to the lower back area, allowing workers to easily reach and connect their lanyard without assistance.
- Compatibility: Features a soft loop end for secure, low-profile attachment to the harness and a standard D-ring for universal lanyard connection.
This D-ring extender is essential for electricians, utility workers, and any professional performing work at height in environments where arc flash protection is required for compliance.
