The Safewaze 022-2080 D-Ring Extender is a 12-inch solution designed to increase safety and connection efficiency for fall arrest systems. This extender solves the common problem of workers struggling to easily reach the dorsal D-ring on a full-body harness, which can compromise pre-work checks and setup time. Furthermore, its specialized arc flash rating ensures it maintains critical integrity and worker protection in high-hazard electrical environments.
- Ease of Use: The 12-inch length brings the fall arrest connection point within easy reach, simplifying the critical task of quickly and correctly attaching a lanyard or SRL.
- Safety: Arc flash rated materials provide essential compliance and maintained structural integrity when working near energized electrical equipment.
- Compatibility: The design features a secure soft loop on one end for attachment to the harness and a D-ring on the other to accept the lifeline connector.
This extender is essential for utility workers, electricians, maintenance personnel, and contractors performing work at height in industrial or commercial environments where arc flash hazards are present.
