The Weiler 50008 Trimmable Tiger Flap Discs are engineered to provide a high-performance solution for grinding and finishing in a single step. By allowing the backing to be trimmed, these discs enable users to access hard-to-reach areas and maximize the life of the abrasive material.
- Trimmable composite backing allows for increased flexibility and extended disc life as the abrasive wears down.
- 80 grit zirconia alumina grain provides a consistent cut rate and a smooth finish on various metal surfaces.
- Designed for high-speed operation up to 13,000 rpm, ensuring efficient material removal and reduced downtime.
These flap discs are ideal for metal fabrication professionals, weld grinders, and industrial maintenance teams who require a versatile and long-lasting abrasive for heavy-duty surface preparation.
