The Safewaze 020-2040 is a specialized 6-foot dual-leg energy-absorbing lanyard constructed with Aramid webbing for arc flash safety. This design provides 100% tie-off protection in environments where electrical hazards are present, solving the critical need for fall protection gear that will not contribute to electric shock or burn in an flash incident. The energy-absorbing component reduces the forces of a fall for enhanced worker safety.
- Arc Flash Safety: Aramid webbing and dielectric snap hooks ensure specialized protection in high-risk electrical environments, minimizing the potential for electrical conductivity.
- Continuous Protection: The dual-leg configuration allows for 100% tie-off, ensuring the user is always safely connected while transitioning between anchor points.
- Durable Construction: The Aramid material is highly resistant to heat and wear, providing a long service life even in rugged industrial settings.
This lanyard is ideal for utility workers, electricians, and construction crews operating at height on power generation sites, electrical substations, or any job site with confirmed arc flash hazards.
