The RPB 04-927 Radex Mainline Pre-filter is an essential component for any supplied air system. Its primary function is to protect the downstream air filtration system, such as the Radex Airline Filter, by capturing large debris and bulk contaminants from the main compressed air line. This prevents premature clogging of the more sensitive filters, ensuring a consistent supply of clean, breathable air to the user.
- Increases System Efficiency: By capturing larger particulates, it extends the working life and maintenance interval of your main filter units.
- Maintains Airflow: Ensures unrestricted airflow to the breathing air panel, preventing pressure drops that could compromise worker safety.
- Guaranteed Compatibility: Designed to integrate seamlessly as a pre-filter stage for the RPB Radex Airline Filter, simplifying setup and maintenance.
This pre-filter is ideal for facilities, contractors, and maintenance teams that utilize compressed air for abrasive blasting, painting, or coating operations, particularly those with older or non-dedicated compressor systems.
