The QRP 70G Heat & Cold Resistant Gloves are designed to protect hands during exposure to extreme temperatures in critical environments. These gloves solve the challenge of maintaining dexterity and hand protection when handling items ranging from extremely hot to freezing cold, ensuring safety and product integrity.
- Safety is maximized with temperature resistance from -78°F to 450°F (-61.4°C to 232°C), allowing safe handling of both heated and cryogenic materials.
- The sulfur-free PolyTuff silicone elastomer outer shell provides excellent resistance to chemicals, solder, and fluxes, enhancing durability and product life.
- Compatibility with sensitive processes is assured as the gloves are packaged for Class 100 (ISO5/M3.5) cleanroom applications.
These gloves are best suited for personnel working in high-tech manufacturing, including semiconductor fabrication (diffusion furnaces, wafer boats), electronics assembly (PWB handling after wave soldering), as well as ceramics, porcelains, and specialized food processing environments requiring extreme thermal protection.
