The Sq-5 Soapstone from Best Welds is an essential marking tool designed for welders and fabricators who need clear, temporary marks on metal surfaces before cutting or welding. This tool solves the problem of using materials that might contaminate or be difficult to see on hot metal, providing a highly visible white line that resists burning off.
- Ensures high visibility and contrast on most metal surfaces for accurate marking and cutting guides.
- Features a grain cut for good strength and durability, maximizing the service life of each piece under heavy use.
- The 1/4 in square profile provides an easy-to-grip form factor for efficiency and control during layout work.
This product is best for professionals in welding, metal fabrication, ship building, and construction who require non-permanent, heat-resistant marking on materials like steel, aluminum, and cast iron.
- Dimensions: 1/4 in x 1/4 in (square width/height) by 5 in (length).
