The 3m Fibre Disc 787C is an abrasive disc engineered with Precision Shaped Ceramic grain for high-performance grinding. It is designed to efficiently cut through tough materials like stainless steel and high nickel alloys, solving the problem of slow material removal and frequent disc changes on challenging applications.
- Precision Shaped Ceramic grain technology delivers faster cut rates, significantly improving jobsite efficiency and throughput.
- A grinding aid incorporated into the disc minimizes grinding temperatures, which prevents heat discoloration on heat-sensitive materials like stainless steel.
- The stiff fiber backing and strong resin bond provide superior durability and tear-resistance, ensuring the disc lasts longer under heavy-duty grinding conditions.
This disc is best suited for metal fabrication shops, industrial maintenance operations, and jobsites performing finishing or grinding on materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, and high nickel alloys.
- Nominal Diameter: 9-1/8 in
- Arbor Diameter: 7/8 in
- Used with Right Angle Grinders
