The 3M 726A Cubitron™ II Cloth Belt is a high-performance abrasive belt specifically designed for grinding and finishing metal surfaces. It uses advanced ceramic grain technology to cut material fast and consistently, helping your team complete metalworking tasks quicker and with less physical effort compared to standard abrasive belts.
- Efficiency: The Precision-Shaped Ceramic Grain constantly fractures to expose sharp cutting edges, meaning the belt cuts aggressively and lasts significantly longer, reducing the time spent changing belts.
- Cool-Cutting Performance: Includes a vegetable-based grinding aid that helps dissipate heat, preventing discoloration and warping on most metals, which is crucial for maintaining the integrity of the workpiece.
- Versatility and Ease of Use: Built with a flexible J-weight poly-cotton backing, this belt can conform easily to contours and is excellent for use on soft contact wheels or in slack-of-belt applications for blending and finishing.
