The snag-resistant nylon-top strap to keep the tourniquet from getting caught on anything. The tourniquet holder comes with a 1″ x 2″ “TQ” patch that can be replaced with and small standard patch including blood type patches. The Universal Tourniquet Holder is also MOLLE compatible.
