The Health & Safety of Children at Work and Hazardous Work by Children Notice must be displayed, in terms of the OHS Act Health and Safety of Children at Work Regulations [Reg 13], and the BCE Act Regulations on Hazardous Work by Children [Reg 15] wherever children (under the age of 18 years) are employed.
