The Weiler Tiger Disc Abrasive Flap Disc is a high-performance, conical abrasive designed for aggressive stock removal and consistent finishing on metal. It solves the common job site problem of balancing high cut rate with long product life, providing industrial users with an efficient and durable grinding solution.
- Utilizes self-sharpening zirconia alumina (ZA) grains to maintain a high cut rate under extreme pressure and temperature.
- Features a 5/8″-11 metal nut for quick spin-on/spin-off changeovers, increasing efficiency and preventing the disc from sticking to the spindle due to heat.
- The phenolic backing prevents scratching or marring of the workpiece surface, ensuring a clean finish during aggressive material removal.
This flap disc is ideal for serious industrial users in fabrication or pipeline industries who need a benchmark solution for heavy-duty metal applications like weld grinding, edge beveling, deburring, and general stock removal.
