3M 068060-66606 Cubitron 3 Cloth Belt 1184F, 1/2 In W X 24 In L, 36+ Grit, Fabri-Lok, Single-Flex

The 3M Cubitron 3 Cloth Belt 1184F is a high-performance abrasive belt designed for grinding, deburring, and finishing metal, especially in automated or pressure-assisted applications. It utilizes a re-engineered Precision-Shaped Ceramic Grain to cut significantly faster and last longer than previous abrasives, which means you get your work done quicker and spend less time swapping out belts.

• Increased Efficiency: The advanced grain technology maintains sharp points, delivering an exceptionally fast, sustained cut rate that reduces cycle times in grinding and finishing processes.
• Reduced Downtime: Engineered for longevity, this belt reduces the frequency of changeouts, maximizing machine uptime whether you are running a robotic system or a backstand grinder.
• Cooler Operation: A grinding aid built into the belt helps it run cooler, reducing the risk of heat-related stress cracks and metal discoloration (burns) on your workpiece.

Who this is best for: This belt is ideal for industrial operations, especially those involved in metal fabrication, aerospace, medical device manufacturing, or any shop using robotics, centerless grinders, or pressure-assisted grinding equipment looking to improve throughput and reduce consumable costs.
