LOCTITE® 222 is a purple, low-strength threadlocker designed for locking and sealing small fasteners up to 6.35 mm (1/4″) in diameter.

This anaerobic adhesive prevents loosening from shock and vibration, yet allows for easy disassembly using standard hand tools. It is ideal for low-strength threadlocking applications such as adjustment screws, countersunk head screws, and set screws.
