The Sensidyne AirCon-2 area sampling pump offers industrial hygienists and abatement professionals a powerful 2 to 30 LPM constant flow sampler with DC portability and programmable timing functions. The AirCon-2 runs off a 12v DC battery pack for complete portability in sampling. In addition, it can be operated directly off the charger module connected to AC, without the use of the battery.

The touchpad and LCD display on the front of this DC powered unit allows the user to program as many as three custom timing routines for unattended sampling. The program feature can be used to control starts and stops of the sampling run as well as delays, holds, and number of cycles.

Programmable units include an instant fault function. When the unit is operated out of its performance envelope, the Air-Con2 sampler will terminate the sampling run and lock in the time. A flashing word ‘FAULT’ appears on the display to alert the operator. Back pressure load on the unit can be checked through the LCD display at any time by simply pressing a button on the control panel.
