Simply angle the backing edge against a hard metal to expose more flap material. Stiff backing construction paired with a compacted 4 degree flap angle make grinding easier, quiter and with less vibration. |
| Description: | Ceramic flap discs are designed to last longer than zirconia flap didcs. Polyester backing material for longer life. |
| Comments: | Contaminate-free. To trim down the backing simply grind the backing edge against a metal edge until the flaps are exposed to the level needed. Flaps are compressed at a 4 degree angle for flap edge strengh. Best used at 5°–20° angle. |
